| How we work - our house sitting service |
| STEP 1: We visit you to assess your needs |
You contact us and one of our management team makes an appointment to visit you in your home. We meet you and your pets so we can fully understand your requirements. We answer any questions you may have of our house sitting and pet sitting service.

| STEP 2: We introduce you to a House Sitter |
| We carefully select a suitable House and Pet Sitter and telephone you to tell you about them. Most of our House Sitters are couples and usually retired police officers. If you agree they contact you to make an appointment to meet you and your pets. We provide you with a helpful check list. |

| STEP 3: Contact agreed |
| You tell us that you are happy with the arrangement. You receive our letter and invoice agreeing the dates and cost. Two weeks before you go away you pay the invoice. Our House Sitter arrives at the agreed time and you go away secure in the knowledge that your pets and home will be taken care of. |

| STEP 4: Quality Control |
You return to happy pets and a secure home.
Our Housesitters will be there to give you messages and hand everything back to you in good order. A director from Ticketyboo will contact you to welcome you home and check that all is well.
